"Open For Business": first Open Mobile Conference in the Nordics
Telenor and the iLabs project sponsors and participates with three speakers at the Open Nordic Coference in Skien, June 18 and 19 2006.
We see that the use of open source is creating value for many players in the mobile value system, including the end-users. However, there are many unanswered questions with respect to future viable architectures and standards as well as future business and innovation models where open source is an important ingredient.
The Conference aims at shedding light on important questions regarding open source with invited speakers from leading companies in the industry as well as knowledge organisations and academia - all with knowledge and experience with open source strategies.
We want to participate on this arena to learn and to create valuable relations with the mobile open source communities in the Nordic countries.
